Training/Workshops

CFC offers workshops on a wide variety of topics that will benefit organizations and the people within them.   Our workshops are designed to be highly interactive while creating an environment that is safe and conducive to participants to learn, take risks, and make mistakes.

Assessment

As a trained and licensed IDI Qualified Administrator, CFC is excited to provide this premier cross-cultural assessment used by thousands of individuals and organizations to build intercultural competence to meet its goals related to diversity, inclusion and justice.  Briefly, an IDI places both individuals and the organization along a continuum.  Once the IDI assessment is completed, CFC will work with the organization to schedule debriefings where results of the assessment are shared and suggestions provided for moving forward.

Consultation

We collaborate with our clients to engage employees, assess existing efforts or create a new  diverse, inclusive, more just culture that enables the organization to thrive.   As consultants, we get to know your organization, its history and its individuals, its challenges and its opportunities.  We work with you to create a vision of where you want to be and help you identify and take action on the steps needed to get there.
