About Us

We are trainers, organizers, coaches and consultants.  With over 60 years’ experience among us, we understand the challenges organizations face as they attempt to create meaningful, systemic level change.  We focus our work on educational institutions, faith based organizations and other non-profits, as that is what we know best.

We are family.  Really!  A mother and two daughters who each bring their own unique experience to the work we do.  But more than that, we bring our personal and professional lives and a long standing commitment to create a world where everyone truly has the potential to succeed.

Finally, we integrate the philosophies and practices of DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) and anti-racism by supporting organizations to address the root causes of inequities and supporting change at the systemic level.

Debra Rodgers

Debra Rodgers brings over 40 years experience with non-profit and faith-based organizations.  Born and raised in North Dakota, Debra graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.  A move to Minneapolis followed by two events changed the trajectory of Debra’s life.  She met her husband, Charles, and became part of a bi-racial, bi-cultural family.  Her work with a local community development corporation led her to create a cooperative mercado with the growing Latino community in Minneapolis.  The mercado introduced Debra to the field of community organizing, focused on racial justice, root causes and systemic change. As an organizer, Debra continues to learn and share with others how to create a world that works for everyone.  Today, Debra lives in Southern California, volunteers with a local housing organization and spends her free time with her family and in her growing garden.
